Coulter Accepts New Position at CTHS National

The Canadian Thoroughbred Horse Affiliation (Ontario) Board of Administrators want to announce that Julie Coulter has determined to step down as Managing Director of CTHS (Ontario) after 29 years. Julie Coulter accepts the place of Director Common of the Nationwide Workplace of the Canadian Thoroughbred British Affiliation, efficient July 1, 2023.

Julie has served because the face of the CTHS Ontario Division since becoming a member of in 1994. He’ll convey a wealth of perception and information to the Nationwide GM place beforehand held by Caitlin Grguric. Throughout her time with the Ontario Thoroughbred Breeders Group, Julie has had many admirable achievements because of her tireless dedication and dedication to serving to Ontario breeders and guaranteeing the success of our annual gross sales.
