Top 10 Ways HISA's ADMC Program Will Change the Race

Greater than 70,000 Thoroughbred race contributors and managers nationwide have registered with the Horse Racing Integrity and Security Authority (HISA) in accordance with the HISA Registration Rule efficient July 1, 2022. So far, 30,061 insured individuals and 41,953 insured horses have been registered.
