NCAA Males’s Championship: Josh Liendo Runs to 100 Freestyle Championship

The sprinters ready for an additional showdown, this time from Minneapolis, with 100 freestyles on the ultimate night time of the 2023 NCAA Division 1 Males’s Swimming and Diving Championships.

The ultimate featured the defending champion, a world class phenomenon, a number of rising stars, an NCAA title holder at one other occasion, and several other veterans.

The win went to Florida’s first-class phenomenon Josh Liendo led the flip and stopped a pair of Cal veterans to win in 40.28. She is the primary freshman to win a person title at this meet. He completed second in 50 freestyles and 100 butterflies.

cal sophomore Jack Alex He was second with 40.92 and his teammate Bjorn Seeliger He positioned third with 40.83.

Ohio State junior Ruslan Gaziev He completed fourth in 40.98, adopted by a Tennessee sophomore Jordan Crooks (41.03), winner of fifty free and defending champions Brooks Curry LSU’s, who tied for fifth place at 41.03.

of Indiana Van Mathias He completed seventh in 41.39 and Virginia Tech’s Yusuf Ramadan100 fly champion positioned eighth (41.61).

of Tennessee Guilherme Santos Received ultimate B with 51.54.
