The Michigan Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Affiliation (MISCA) has launched its annual Michigan Dream Staff for males who swim and dive following the state championships this weekend.
The MISCA Dream Staff highlights Michigan’s greatest swimmers at each occasion in all three divisions within the state, and reveals the statewide prime performers in each occasion.
