
The Horse Racing Integrity and Security Authority (HISA) has introduced that Samuel Reinhardt will be part of the group as Assistant Normal Counsel beginning at this time.
Reinhardt will work with John Roach, Normal Counsel, to help the group’s day-to-day operations relating to the security and integrity of horse racing.
A local of Kentucky, Reinhardt joined HISA from legislation agency Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC (SKO).
